Expected sources
The required banks, suppliers, and sales documents are explicit for the month.
Digiton Close · first pilot cohort
Statements, invoices, and explanations arrive on time. You see only gaps and decisions. Your accountant receives an orderly, traceable package.
In most small companies, finance administration lives between banks, email, folders, and the owner's memory. None of it is especially difficult. The difficult part is missing nothing — every month.
Digiton Close / Workflow
The required banks, suppliers, and sales documents are explicit for the month.
Original documents are preserved; facts are extracted deterministically with provenance.
Transactions connect to invoices, internal transfers, and explanations.
You see a missing document, unclear transaction, or decision with complete context.
You receive an exact version to review before anything reaches the accountant.
What was sent, when, and with which confirmation is recorded.
Control boundary
Digiton Close operates the process. It is not the accounting system and not a tax adviser. That boundary is product design, not fine print.
Pilot profile
We are looking for 3–5 Bulgarian service companies with an external accountant, a small finance function, and recurring monthly administrative work.
The first version is not for cash-heavy operations, complex inventory, payroll, company groups, or ERP replacement.
One measured month
Map sources and control points
Run one real month
Measure your time, gaps, and corrections
Ask the accountant to assess the package
Decide whether the managed monthly service is valuable
Digiton Close
The first conversation is about the process, not access to your data. If we are not the right fit, we will say so directly.
